1. Order cancellation

Orders must be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped.

2. Return, Exchange & Refund Eligibility
Our return, exchange, or refund policy applies only when the following conditions are met:

A product was sent to you that was incorrect (i.e., the wrong item or variation).

The product received was damaged and appears to have a manufacturing defect.
Please note: If the customer changes their mind or chooses the wrong item, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
3. Timely Notification is Required

Note: Unboxing videos are crucial for determining product condition upon delivery, so claims without them may be rejected.
4. Return Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the availability of our courier service. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product within 7 days of receiving it. In such cases, please ensure the item is securely packed and shipped to our warehouse address mentioned below. After dispatching the return shipment, kindly share the courier tracking details with us via email for timely processing.

6. Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection within 48 to 72 hours. If your claim is found to be valid, or you have received the wrong item, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution. In most cases, a replacement product will be dispatched to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, or if a refund is preferred, the refund will be credited within 7 business days from the date of claim approval. 7. Return Shipping Costs
