1. Same-Day Delivery – NCR Region
We offer Same-Day Delivery across the NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad) on all orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on working days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

The same-day delivery service may not be possible in certain circumstances, such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Some pin codes may not be eligible for same-day delivery. On the checkout page, you can enter your PIN code to check availability.
2. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer Free Shipping for all orders with a minimum order value of ₹3,000 or above.

4. Dispatch Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding public holidays.

OyeToys is not liable for delays resulting from events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, and unforeseen logistical issues.

Any damage to the package during transit falls under the responsibility of the shipping company or courier company. We pack all items securely and with care, but external handling is not under our supervision.

We cannot be held liable for delays that occur due to third-party couriers or logistics agencies, and OyeToys has no control over them.

7. Important Delivery Notes

8. Undelivered Packages
The courier will be unable to deliver the package if the address is incorrect, the delivery is attempted multiple times, or the customer is not present at the time of delivery. Under these cases, the following will apply:
